The training session for Sunday, November 21, 2004 was held in the Padnos Boat Shed. The speakers were Jim Spurr, Master Commandant,and Tim Bosma, Bosun. Jim spoke on "Self-evaluation as a means of improvement and the change in persona necessary aboard Tall Ships", and Tim spoke on on line handling . There were also practical demonstrations in "line handling, sweating, hauling, cleating, earsing, and coiling lines at a pin rail, under load, by various members of the ship's company.
