One of the main modes of traveling and conveying commerce was that of the sea and lakes.  Around that venue grew the songs and music used by inland and sea sailors that have been conveyed to us through time...by the "Friends Good Will Mariner Singers" with their "chanteys".  Members of the group include Ellen Fiedler, Mary Stephens, Cheri Stieve, Russ Baker, and Forrest Austell.
